Canoeing and Kayaking are "Assumed risk" - "Water contact sports" that may carry attendant risks. Participants should be aware of and accept these risks, and be responsible for their own action and involvement.

Please print and complete this form and send it to the Bib Officer for your Class and Division (see below) with:

Your current national association card or a photocopy
£9 deposit OR a valid £8 bib voucher (cheques payable to BCU Slalom Committee)

A large, strong SAE with postage for 150g. If you can squeeze the bib into the large letter format the price is 70p* 1st class, 60p* 2nd class. If not it if has to go as a packet at £1.38* 1st class or £1.20* 2nd Class.

* From 7th April 2008 these prices will increase to: large letter format 78p 1st class,
66p 2nd class, packet £1.45 1st class, £1.24 2nd Class.

YOU MAY NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE RANKING LIST UNLESS THIS FORM IS RETURNED WITH A VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD

If this information changes during the year please inform the compiler IN WRITING.

If your BCU / SCA / WCA membership runs out between the date of your bib application and 1st November it is your responsibility to supply proof of renewal before competing.

Students are advised to use their home address if possible.
