One-bedroom apartment in Hoddesdon/Broxbourne
available to rent, at very affordable rates, for short stays. The apartment
is in Hoddesdon which is a small and pretty town just a short drive or cycle
from the newly opened Lee Valley White Water Centre.

The apartment is situated in ‘the Knowle,’
Hoddesdon. The Knowle is a private residential area of only 24 apartments
and some town houses.
The apartments are situated in the lovely
gardens of an old manor house and are available for your use.
It is a 2 minute walk to local shops,
restaurants and bars and is a very pretty 20 minute cycle along a canal to
the White Water Course.
The drive to the course takes approx 15
Hoddesdon is served by Broxbourne railway
station which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can
catch a train to London Liverpool Street which takes about 20 minutes.
Immaculate One bed 2nd floor apartment.
Double bed – all bed linen supplied. (There is a Futon, should 4 people
wish to stay.)

Lounge with patio doors onto balcony.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with all
the usual appliances including microwave, toaster, Delonghi coffee
machine, washing machine, etc.
Bathroom with bath and shower – towels
Private balcony with furniture,
overlooking lovely landscaped gardens and Barclay Park.
Please note that the apartment sleeps 4
people. (one double bed and one futon)
Tastefully decorated throughout, with Sky
TV and wifi access.
£40 per night. (£50 per night if 4 people
For longer stays, e.g. – a week or more,
we would consider dropping the daily rate.
All costs include electricity.
